Terms and Conditions for BrandMoo Baby Wholesale Baby Clothes
Terms 1. Goods are priced in GBP £ and Euros. Full payment for orders must be received in full prior to dispatch. We can accept valid bank transfers and all major credit cards via PayPal.
2. Due to fluctuations in the exchange rate and the cost prices all prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of order. Any additional costs post time & date of order will be invoiced to The Purchaser and be due for payment at date prior to shipment of goods.
3. BrandMoo Baby Wholesale Baby Clothes arrange shipping and our standard charges are added to all orders at time of order.
Cancellations and Returns 1. Merchandise is made & packaged to order and orders are therefore non-cancellable. All sales are final.
2. Any claims of damaged, defective or incorrect shipments of merchandise must be made in writing by email within 5 days from the date of a valid proof of delivery of merchandise. Pending stock availability, an exchange of merchandise is possible; otherwise open credit will be issued and applied to next order. No cash or credit card refunds will be given and no further correspondence will be entered into after this 5-day period.
3. Goods returned from abroad will be at the cost of The Purchaser. The goods received may vary slightly in terms of colour and style to those depicted on the website. This is due to variations in manufacturing and will not be considered a valid reason for returning the goods. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
4. A 25% re-stocking fee will become payable for all unauthorised returns, including refused shipments.
5. BrandMoo Baby Wholesale Baby Clothes will not accept charge-backs for handling and/or service charges of any kind.
Damaged or incorrect goods The following damaged goods policy applies: 1. All of our merchandise is inspected before it is placed for purchase. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will either a)replace the merchandise, if in stock, b) offer a substitute, or c) give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases. BrandMoo Baby will indicate where to return your merchandise to. Please contact for an authorization of returns and package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received.
2. If an order is lost during shipment it is the buyer's responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Images 1. If The Purchaser wishes to sell BrandMoo Baby goods online then The Purchaser must use BrandMoo Baby official images. Access to images in high or low resolution will be provided upon request.
Other Info 1. For online sales The Purchaser must acknowledge the clothes are BrandMoo Baby. We have three collections each year, plus our 'made with love by brandmoo organics' range.
2. You can place a top-up order at any time
3. You'll be given a BrandMoo Baby online account which enables you to order via our website.
4. You'll have access to our gorgeous photographs for promotional / website use
Payment 1. The minimum wholesale orders amount is £200 plus carriage.
2. Customers are required to pay in full prior to delivery.
3. Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders include bank transfer, PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.
Shipping 1. For orders being sent to countries outside of the UK, The Purchaser will be charged actual shipping costs rather than our standard costs or must arrange their own shipping.
2. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties or customs clearance fees, and meeting any other import requirements imposed by the customs agency in their country. If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package, in which case the customer will not receive a full refund and may receive no refund based on the following: a)For international orders denied entry or delivery by customs for any reason (including failure of the recipient to pay import duties/taxes) or refused by the recipient, the customer will not be refunded for the original shipping charge or for any charges assessed by the courier for return shipment to us. As such, no refund will be issued if the cost of return shipment exceeds the value of the product. If the value of the product exceeds the cost of return shipment, a partial refund for the difference will be issued once the product is returned. b)If the customs agency destroys the package due to the recipient's failure to accept delivery or pay the required import duties/taxes, the value of the merchandise will also not be refunded to the customer. In this case, no refund will be issued.
3. BrandMoo Baby Wholesale Baby Clothes reserves the right to ship orders up to thirty (30) days prior to or later than the stated ship date displayed at time of order.
Complaints 1. If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service by e-mail, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively. Email us at: complaints@brandmoo.com
