Delivery and Returns.....All you need to know

First Class UK Mainland Delivery
BrandMoo™ Shipments to the United Kingdom will be posted First Class Recorded delivery.
A flat rate of £4.99 will be charged for 1 - 6 items.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
Please provide us with an address where someone will be in to sign for the delivery (e.g. Work address, neighbour or friend)
For a small number of remote postcodes delivery will take slightly longer.
Europe Deliveries
All BrandMoo™ shipments to Europe including Eire will be posted “International signed for”.
A flat rate of £12.00 will be charged for each order.
We endeavour to deliver within 7 days working days
International Deliveries
All BrandMoo™ shipments to the rest of the world will be posted “International signed for”.
A flat rate of £15.00 will be charged for each order.
Please note that there may be import duties, customs and local sales taxes to be paid at destination.

At BrandMoo™ we accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/UK Maestro, Solo and Electron through PayPal.
BrandMoo™ Baby Retail Refunds/Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and trust that you will be.
However, if your purchase is not satisfactory in any way, first of all, please accept our apology!
You may return any item to us for refund or exchange, at our discretion, within 7 days of receipt. Please contact BrandMoo Baby for a Returns Number before returning any items.
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a Certificate of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to BrandMoo at your own expense.
Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch. We recommend that on receipt you check the item before signing for them as once the goods are signed for we will not accept any claims for damages. If you sign for the goods as 'unchecked' we will not accept any claims for damages that are discovered at a later time. Our suggestion is that you check, then sign and if that means keeping the courier waiting don't feel bad as it's protecting you. If an item proves to be faulty we will need to be notified within 7 days and we will need a full explanation and where appropriate, photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged/faulty component or replace the item in its entirety at our discretion. If the customer decides to cancel the order then they will fall liable for the cost of the delivery to them and also for the return. We suggest you obtain proof of posting when returning an item to us and use a signed for method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received. Goods ordered in error will need to be returned at the Customer's expense. We are continually updating and improving our products so there might be changes in the product received to the one shown in a listing. We accept no liability for such changes.
Naturally for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept garments that have been worn. All garments must be returned unworn with labels attached, and must be as new as we must be able to resell the goods - This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If goods are uncollected and returned to BrandMoo™ Baby we will contact you by email and by telephone. However, if you do not reply to us within 14 days your order will be returned to stock and no replacements or refunds will be issued. We are unable to process any queries relating to undelivered packages or missing items on order placed over 90 days.
We endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.

Need to return or exchange BrandMoo Baby merchandise purchased from another online retailer or physical store?
Please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly. BrandMoo.com does not accept responsibility for any other stores policies and procedures and will not accept returns, refund or exchanges of merchandise received outside of BrandMoo.com
Made a sizing snafu?
We know that size can be an issue when fitting growing kids. We do ask that you refer to our size chart to ensure the best fit before placing your order. However, we are unable to process exchanges for sizing or order errors made by the customer. We simply ask that you follow the guidelines for returns stated above and place a new order for your desired items. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Out of stock items
Normally we maintain at least 90% stock availability, but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking items. If we sell out of an item or size we will temporarily remove it from the website. Please contact our customer service team by e-mail at info@brandmoo.com to find out when it will be back in stock.
