All shipments to the United Kingdom will be posted first class Recorded delivery.
A flat rate of £3.50 will be charged for each order.
Next Day UK Delivery
A next day service is also available to UK addresses for £5.00.
Orders must be received before 2pm to use this Special delivery service
Europe Deliveries
All shipments to Europe including Eire will be posted “International signed for”.
A flat rate of £5.00 will be charged for each order.
International Deliveries
All shipments to the rest of the world will be posted “International signed for”.
A flat rate of £10.00 will be charged for each order.

Send an email to: returns@brandmoo.com to let us know that you intend to return the goods for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the returned goods are in a resaleable condition & and returned to BrandMoo within 7 days of your receipt of them. For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty.
All refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
