BrandMoo Deliveries/postage

Once we have received your order at BrandMoo, we will despatch it within 2 working days. All deliveries to the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post. Deliveries outside of the UK are sent (depending on size of order) via Royal Mail.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

- Standard UK p & p is £3.95 per order up to £100.00 and free on all orders over £100.00 (UK deliveries only) If you need your purchase in a hurry we can send your order by Next Day Special Delivery (if ordered by 10am) for £6.50, orders placed from Friday - Sunday will be posted the following Monday excluding Bank Holidays.
Overseas deliveries will usually take between 7 - 14 days.

Both our UK Special Delivery and Overseas shipping service will require signatures upon delivery. We use a courier service for large orders - please contact us for details.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/UK Maestro, Solo and Electron through WorldPay. Our secure web pages are hosted by Protx, who use 128-bit SSL encryption security to ensure your complete safety when shopping online.

Refunds/Exchanges

We always want you to be delighted with your purchases from BrandMoo. We believe in quality and won't be happy until you are. So if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them and we'll either exchange them or give you your money back.

Send an email to: returns@brandmoo.com to let us know that you intend to return the goods for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the returned goods are in a resaleable condition & and returned to BrandMoo within 7 days of your receipt of them. For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty.
All refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
